Purchased his usual size and he couldn't even get up over his bum. Way too small! And no, he didn't gain lots of weight, all of his old shorts size 38 fit perfectly. Ended up having to purchase size 42.

I blow the seams out in the relaxed fit overtime, but the extra room in the loose fit is ideal. I do find the pockets to be too shallow and my change falls out when i sit.

Rated 3 out of 5 by no name12345 from great for the right conditions nice pants, but not what i was expecting when i ordered "work shosrts" they are a little too "fancy dressed up" if you want to wear them in office, they are perfect for you, if you want to wear them outside in construction, these are probable not the ones to wear, its not a button its that weird clip system, i dont like it, some may like them but not for me, overall, great shorts but wrong application for me
