Rated 5 out of 5 by ChrisTech from This is the best smart doorbell I have owned! This doorbell is amazing. I have had both nest and ecobee and for ease on both Android and iPhone the ecobee is flawless. I have a family set up with both types of phones and have recently switched to ecobee to avoid issues I had with nest. Package detection and tracking when I turned it on is excellent. My 70yr old MIL finds it easy to use as well! She now has one :). Pair it with the ecobee smart thermostat and you can see who's at the door even from that!

Rated 4 out of 5 by Stza from Decent, almost perfect This doorbell is really easy-to-install, but it could be improved in the following two ways. - A detailed & step-by-step video guide could be provided. The installation could be more puzzling for something with no experience in working with electric wires. - The system should get the ability to whitelist certain people based on face detection technology. Otherwise, you would get notifications when anyone, including yourself, appears in the camera.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Brooke4 from Will be returning Bought it a month or two ago. I don’t love it… I find the picture quality isn’t great… kind of grainy. Set up was pretty easy. The app seems to take a while before you can check on the history where it’s picked up movement.
