I have to admit that this saw worked just as good as my smaller coping saws. It took just a bit of getting used to due to the fact that it is a bit heavier.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Point of origin... I recently purchased this coping saw and a pack of replacement blades. The saw is very much what I expected; it is useful & quite adequate for my needs. My issue is that it is made in China...though the blades were made in the US. I will purchase nothing more from Husky.

I got into a corner where nothing was even close to being level and i needed another option beside just the standard miter. I bought this saw because the price was right and I was desperate. I actually only made 1 cut with this saw, but it was totally worth it for me because it helped me achieve my overall desired result. I would definately buy again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good coping saw I used this product for two projects. I coped baseboards after miter cutting. It worked well. Good quality product. I also worked with my son on his Cub Scout pinewood derby car.

how do you change the blade

I have to do a lot of fret work and I must thread the blade through a drilled hole before cutting, so I must change the blade quickly and often. How does one change the blade?

Can I use it to cut laminate, engineered or hard wood flooring?
Asked by: Em
It should be able to cut all three. This is a fine toothed blade so making large cuts would be tedious. It should work just fine for cutting notches to accomodate molding.

If you are making small cuts to go around something it should be just fine. If you're looking to make big cuts like the entire width of a panel I'd use a larger saw or even a table saw.
