Is there a way to install an undermount cast iron sink so that if need be, in later years, it can be removed without damaging the quartz or granite?

I would say it can possibly be removed but not "easily". It will be a function of the adhesive that is used to seal the counter to the top of the sink, and if the counter is one piece-the weakest spot will be at the middle of the sink where the counter section is narrowest. I have seen removal done successfully, but only with care and being able to break the bond of the sealing material.

Is an Undermount Kit required to install an Undermount Sink where a Drop In Sink was previously used?

Thank you for your inquiry. The Undermount Kit is not required, it is an option to use in place of a wooden support. The Undermount Kit is made of metal.

Will this work with the Riverby undermount sinks? One is 33x22x9 and the other is 25x22x9. Tks! Would love to avoid building a cradle!
