Can Hue Motion Sensor & Hue Wireless Dimmer Switch be used together? Ex: Bathroom: motion sensor set to dimmer light setting when triggered (say, at night), but then able to crank up light to full with dimmer switch if more light is required.

Will this sensor work through a dual pain glass window and/ or will it work outside in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Canada cold weather? (product describes low temp of 0degrees celsius. )

This is a indoor sensor. Philip Hue has a outdoor sensor. I have 2 of them and they work with cold winter. However, I don't know how cold they can go. The sensor does not work through a dual pain glass window with either indoor or outdoor one.
