The Stanley Compo Cast Sledge Model Soft Face Hammer features a non sparking soft striking face, as well as a urethane covering to reduce noise pollution while working. Easy to wield, yet heavy enough for effective results, its steel reinforced handle provides added strength and safety by resisting breaking on over strike, while its dead blow function uses a steel shot to eliminate bounce back. Its flat head area allows for convenient upright storage. The hammer is 30-inch long and weighs 10 1/2 pounds.
