The rain cap helps control back drafts and prevents rain, snow and debris from entering your flue. For additional protection, it features a steel wire spark arrestor that also helps to keep out birds, rodents and other small pests. The rain cap is easy to install with sheet metal screws for a secure fit (screws sold separately). The rain cap is constructed from 30-gauge galvanized steel for rust resistance and long-lasting durability.
