Constructed of TiCo-carbide with titanium, the Diablo 3/16 -inch Round Nose Router Bit offers quality finishes and a long cutting life. The Perma-SHIELD coating helps protect the bit from rust and heat build up. This router bit works well on wood, plywood, melamines and MDF.
Freud operates one of the most modern product development research centres in Europe for cutting tools. By overseeing the entire manufacturing process from start to finish, Freud guarantees the highest quality, most advanced products in the industry. Every Freud router bit is heat-forged from a high grade steel bar. Once forged to the desired shape, the steel is then turned down to a precise router bit body. This method produces a radial grain orientation to ensure maximum strength and durability.

With interchangeable bearings to cut rabbets of different depths, Diablo's router bit sets produce super smooth cuts on both surfaces of the rabbit. Featuring TiCo carbide with titanium, these bits provide a long cutting life and ultra-fine finish. Perma-shield, Diablo's high performance coating, reduces friction and build-up on the bits. The bits kick-back reducing design allows for safer, more controlled cuts. These bits are computer balanced for a smooth and accurate cut. All Diablo router bits feature exceptional quality, unmatched precision and maximum cutting life.
