I installed the watts recirculating system and noticed no difference at all. It seemed to work the first day only, then nothing. Still takes several minutes to get hot water. Is it possible the thermal valve is faulty? The pump has power and is running...

    Asked by: DWPGQ
Yes, there is a possibility that the sensor valve is not working properly, or that the sensor valve is installed backwards. Please ensure that you follow the direction of the arrows on the sensor valve when installing. Thank you.
