The Multinautic Dock Corner Kit is used to secure and reinforce the corners of your dock together and prevent torsion of the wood frame. This Kit includes the matching components needed to build, repair or upgrade any Dock System.

  1. Includes 4 Inside hot dipped galvanized Steel Corners (10001): 6 in. x 5in. x 1/8 in.
  1. Includes 4 hot dipped galvanized Steel Back Plates (10010): 5 in. x 5 in. x 1/8 in.
  1. These parts have 7/16 in. x ¾ in. oblong holes for easy micro adjustments
  1. To be installed with: 3/8 in. x 2 ½ in. bolts (sold separately)
  1. For Floating, Semi-Floating or Stationary Docks
  1. Instruction Plan is included and Life Time Warranty!

Multinautic Anchor Chain Hooks Kit 2-Pack with 1/2-inch T-Bolts for Aluminum Docks

An aluminum floating dock layout absolutely requires an anchoring system at the end of the dock and at every 30 ft. of the floating section. It is the concrete anchoring blocks that will keep the docks in place under wave movements. This essential kit will prevent the dock from moving up and down, and laterally. Anchoring chain retainers are required on both end corners of the dock and in the 4 corners of the floating dock section where the boats are usually moored. This kit is designed for the QPF-500 dock system, but this system can be bolted to the underside of other models if they can be drilled to accommodate the 1/2" bolts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Modest galvanized, ok product Easy install, used my own carriage bolts (doesn't come with them)... works for 2x6 or 2x8... especially useful for frequently wet docks. Some rust on plates within first 30days, so Galvanized but not superbly done. Note that only 1/2 of the backing plates required are provided - it's expected you'll buy a 2nd set of 4 plates or that you'll use their hinge kit too, which has the necessary backing plates.

why only 4 backing plates when you have 2 sides per corner = total of 8?

Hi Redrider, The reason you only have 4 back plates is that each corner will only need 1 back plate on 1 side because the other side will have a connector hinge
