Rated 4 out of 5 by Honest Joe from Roller is ok, but don't buy it here The roller itself is fine, but I won't shop at Home Depot again. During the pandemic they kept taking orders they clearly couldn't fill and couldn't support, with my shipment delayed 2 months and all of the phone lines jammed on their customer service line and stores. You also can't email them, so essentially they continued to take money from customers without the ability to provide the products or support their customers. This is greed at it's finest - they could have been honest and stopped taking orders once they were overwhelmed but they put their customers last when they needed this retailer the most. Not the type of company I want to do business with. When the roller did arrive the packaging was busted open and the roller was scratched up. Hoping it doesn't rust out. If it does, I'll be buying a replacement somewhere else. Metal is pretty thick, well built, easy to assemble. The water plug is a bit loose and leaks but not enough to lose too much weight rolling my 1 acre lawn.
