Can this be cut using a table saw or router without shattering it? How best to cut it? Which direction do the channels run?

I have cut these panels with an exacto knife and a jigsaw. The channels run lengthwise. I don't believe anything will shatter this product.

I am looking to replace 4x8 sheets of 1/2" plywood around my above ground pool that have rotted. Would this material be a suitable replacement?

I'm not sure if it would work. Polycarbonate can kink if bent, easily gets holes in it if hit. Fills with dirt and bugs inside the corrugations.

How do you join two sheets, is there an H strip that works with this product?

there is an Hclip that does join the pieces however I did not use them for 3 reasons. 1) my framing was on 2' centers and I did not want to drill and screw through the H/clips. 2) using the H/clips meant throwing the next sheets off centre as there is at least an 1/8' space for H/clips. 3) they are very expensive. I used tin tape to cover the joints instead which seals and allows expansion/contraction.
