Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not advance glue stick Bought it about 6 months ago. Worked great for a few glue sticks then stopped advancing the sticks when the trigger is pulled. I thought it was because I was using a non-Ryobi mini glue stick which was too small for the gun but just bought some Ryobi mini glue stick and still same problem. You have to manually push the glue stick from the back to have it advance. Then checked reviews and noticed a number of other people had the same problem. I would have expected better quality for the price.

Does this Compact gun use regular easy to get glue sticks? Or does it take special Ryobi sticks.

What size glue sticks does it take?

Will this be updated to have changeable tips? It is perfect other then the chunky tip. The ones on the P307 are great but the tip on the P306 is not changeable.
