Rated 5 out of 5 by from Another Great level! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was very excited to review this 72 inch level. It was delivered in perfect condition. The construction of this tool is very good. The setup functions are pretty intuitive, and so so handy. Being able to so a one person level, and have it beep when you hit your target is invaluable for single person work, or just wanting to work faster. It has good visibility, and frankly looks great as well. The long length is great for increased accuracy. Nice for doing fast inspections of angles, and for placement of materials. I definitely recommend this level.

I needed a level for leveling some cabinets and thought this one being 72 in would be a great option. I am thrilled with my purchase, the built in digital controls on it make it super easy to put an incline on your boards. I used the digital control to ensure my small concrete approach to my sidewalk had the right slope to it and it turned out great! The fact that the level came with a case to protect it is great as well, because something that is 6' is a little difficult to find a place to store it without it getting bumped into. But since this has a nice case it will keep it from getting scratched up by things bumping into it or scraping the side of it while it hangs in the shed.

Get it cause it works great [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this size of a level for installing fences and doors because it can span teh opennings and spaces. I am sure there a lot of other uses. The digital feture is nice but so accurate it leaves you feeling like perfect has never happened until this level was made. The packaging and teh bag with a zipper and pockets is a great touch and I know this level is going to be here for a lot of year. No you can't borrow it.

Love the digital display that can be seen front the side and from the top. It also has the standard bubble displays for checking at the end of the 6 foot (72 inch) project; this is helpful in case the battery goes dead while working on a project. The case is flexible soft fiber type that helps keep the level clean when being stored.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fantastic [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Until using this digital box level, I was extremely skeptical that a digital level would be any better than a standard fluid vial level. Thankfully, I finally gave it a try and I was very impressed. My father-in-law can eyeball level really well, but I can't to save my life. I got pretty good with normal levels, but this makes the job a cinch! The audible tones for positive/negative adjustment and level are perfect for not having to take your eyes off your work.

It is sturdy yet light weight enough that when holding it in place to see if the "subject" is level your arm don't get tired holding it. The length is also very good to ensure long spaces are level. The case is nice.Because of the padding it protects the level from dings and damage while in transit or even while just storing it. The handle on the case is wide enough that you don't feel it cutting into your hand as you carry it.

Has audible alarm with different beep tone for positive/negative adjustment and steady tone for level. Clear side and top display with backlight...it's nice to have independent displays. This thing even Auto calibrates every time it is turned on...I am not quite sure how that works but it does so far. Accuracy settings are adjustable... Precision Modes: Degree, Tenths (1.1°)...Degree, Hundredths (1.15°)...mm/m (104.17 mm/m)...Percentage (2%) Rough-In Modes: Degree (1°), in/ft, Fractional (1/4 in/ft), in/ft, Decimal (.25 in/ft). The unit has 4- power save modes and a tilt indicator and even comes with a zipper pouch but no shoulder strap even though it has plastic d-rings for it. It measures true to the acrylic block bubbles and has a good feel to it however, the vials are not backlit. It's not too heavy for a 72" level with grips in the right locations. This is an impressive digital level and is dust and water protected to IP65 ratings. It's quite impressive and I think I will be adding the others to my truck because it never hurts to have a second check on accuracy when reading a vial.
