Interest does not accrue during the promotional period. If any monthly payment required to be made during the promotional period is not paid in full by its payment due date, or if any other payment which is required to be made under the Consumer Cardholder Agreement is not paid when required, the unpaid outstanding balance of such purchase amount will immediately become an interest-bearing purchase to which credit charges at an annual interest rate of 21.50%^ will then apply.
