Can I cancel my order online?

Yes. You can cancel your order online if it hasn't yet been processed. Check the Order Status page for a link to cancel. If the order has already been processed, there will be a message that explains it can no longer be cancelled. At this time, you can only cancel the entire order or all items being picked up in-store, for example. You can't cancel individual items through online cancellation. If you made a donation to The Home Depot Canada Foundation, the donation will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order.
