Yes, either you or a representative who is 18 years of age or older must be on the job site to receive the delivery. You will receive either a call or a text approximately 30 minutes prior to the delivery.

Flatbed deliveries can be scheduled Monday through Saturday, and your order will be delivered between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. Pro Business Account Members can select a 2-hour or 4-hour delivery window during checkout on eligible orders. 2-hour delivery windows incur an additional $20 fee.

Yes, depending on your job site location (see FAQ below), boom truck services are available through your local Home Depot store with a mandatory 2-day advance notice. Boom service is available to deliver products conveniently to your job site's rooftop or first and second story, where and when it's deemed safe to do so by The Home Depot. Rooftop deliveries on shingles are available for $210. First and second story deliveries on drywall cost $410.

Scheduled flatbed delivery and boom truck services are available in the Greater Toronto Area from Niagara Falls to St. Catharines, north to Barrie, and as far east as Bowmanville. Additionally, boom truck services are also available in Belleville, Woodstock, Huntsville, Parry Sound, Vancouver, Nanaimo, Okanogan, Edmonton, Calgary, Muskoka, Ottawa, Montreal, and Halifax. Boom truck service does not include scattering materials. Regular flatbed delivery services are available in the rest of Canada, excluding the Territories.

You must be logged into your Pro business account to be eligible. When going through the checkout page on an eligible order, you can select a 2-hour (for an additional $20 fee) or 4-hour window. Delivery windows are subject to availability and cut-off times for next-day delivery may vary by market.
