Pro Volume Pricing

Pro Volume Pricing is a volume pricing program designed for Pro customers who are buying large quantities of select products. Pro Volume Pricing gives Pros access to an expanded assortment, direct-to-job-site delivery or in-store pick-up and tiered volume pricing to help save time and money every day.

You can see if you qualify for free shipping by logging in to your Pro Business Account, navigating to a eligible Pro Volume Pricing product and entering your delivery postal code.

Yes, you can place an order for in-store pick-up or have items shipped to the selected store for pick-up if they are not currently in stock. Please note that a Pro account is required to access these benefits.

For all product ordered online outside of appliances you are now able to track your order online. For appliances, however, you will be informed of your order’s ETA within two business days after your order has been placed and you will receive a call one day prior to your delivery to confirm the delivery date.

Not at this time. We can accommodate one delivery address per order. However, you can combine in-store pick-up and job site delivery within a single sales order.

Additional installation services are available for purchase through HD Installation Services. Any further services such as haul away, door swing, and white glove delivery may also be available at an additional cost. Please contact the Pro Desk in your local store for more details.

Yes, you are still eligible for the tier volume price. For appliances purchased for the same project, staggered deliveries can be arranged at the same volume price on a case-by-case basis.

Yes, as long as the minimum purchase quantity is met, Pro Volume Pricing will still apply to a mixed appliance order. This policy, however, varies by brand. Please contact the Pro Desk in your local store for more details.

Yes, all purchases made while logged in to your Pro Business Account will contribute to your rewards.

Details such as the delivery or pick-up date, time frame, full delivery address, purchase quantity, job site details and any additional services required will need to be provided to receive an accurate quote.

To access Pro Volume Pricing, ensure you are signed in to your Pro Business Account before you start shopping.

Please place your order at the Pro Desk or with a store associate. When the order is placed through your Pro account, Pro volume pricing will be automatically applied.
