Find the item(s) you need and add to your cart. On each product page, you will see which pick up or delivery options are available for the item.
Pick Up In Store is FREE.
Standard Shipping over $49 is FREE.
Express Delivery fees apply.
If you’re planning to pick up your item(s), select your preferred store.
Confirm you have the right fulfillment method, products and quantities.
Choose Pick Up In Store or Express Delivery for essential items and Standard Shipping for non-essential items.
Choose Express Delivery to receive them the same day (within 3 hours) or the next morning (if you’re placing your order at the end of the day). A fee applies for express deliveries.
For items that aren’t currently in stock at your store, we will ship them to your store for free pick-up or you can choose to have them shipped to your home. These options take a bit longer, but we’ll get your order to you as soon as we can.
Pick Up In Store is now Curbside Pick-Up, which means your order will be delivered to you while you wait in your vehicle in the parking lot.
Checkout as a guest, sign in if you already have an account, or create a new account for faster checkout next time. Review your items and place your order.
If you selected Pick Up In Store for any items, you will receive an email that we received your order, but wait for a second email that says your order is ready to pick up before heading to your selected store.
Shop Online FAQs
Yes, we are now offering contactless Curbside Pick-Up. When placing an order online, select “Pick Up In Store” at checkout. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will be notified via email. Due to higher than normal volume, your pick-up email may be delayed while our stores prepare your order for you. Please wait until your confirmation is received before going to the store for pick-up.
Our teams are working to ensure the website is up-to-date with the most recent information regarding product availability and shipment times. Orders usually ship within 72 hours. If items are backordered or we are unable to ship for any reason, we will be in touch. Please visit www.homedepot.ca and click on "Order Status" to view your order.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This may take up to 15 minutes. To eliminate the need to go in-store to make a return, we have extended the return policy to 180 days.

We understand that you would like to use gift cards to pay for an online-only item on homedepot.ca. At this time, gift cards cannot be used directly on the website. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are working on implementing this in the future. While it is not our standard practice, we can assist with your order manually if you are willing to follow the steps below.
- Place an order on the website with a credit card or through PayPal.
- Email CA_CustomerCare@homedepot.com with the order number and gift card number along
with the pin on the back. We require the gift card details immediately after
your order is submitted.

If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from a local retailer’s store or website, we will match the price and beat it by 10%. Prices for online items will be matched to localized online prices if available.
Price Match for Online-only Stores:
If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock item from a Canadian online-only retailer’s website, we will price match only. Items from online-only retailers are not eligible for the 10% discount. Prices will be matched to localized online prices if available.
Steps to Price Match:
- Ensure the identical product is in-stock at the competitor. If it’s an online product, it must be available to ship to your location.
- Call our toll-free number at 1-800-628-0525, text us at 84322 or message us on our website to provide the following details:
• Brand name
• Model number
• Link to product on homedepot.ca and details of competitor’s pricing via flyer, printout, photo or complete web address to the product.
- We will confirm if the product qualifies for our Price Match Guarantee. Our policy only applies to the price of a product, excluding shipping.
