Find the product(s) you need and add to your cart. On each product page, you will see which pick-up or delivery options are available for the product.
TIP
Pick Up In Store is FREE.
Standard Shipping over $35 is FREE.
Express Delivery fees apply.
If you’re planning to pick up your product(s), select your preferred store.
Confirm you have the right delivery/pick-up method, products and quantities.
TIP
Choose Pick Up In Store or Express Delivery for essential items and Standard Shipping for non-essential items.
Choose Express Delivery to receive them the same day (within 3 hours) or the next morning (if you’re placing your order at the end of the day). A fee applies for express deliveries.
For products that aren’t currently in stock at your store, we will ship them to your store for free pick-up or you can choose to have them shipped to your home. These options take a bit longer, but we’ll get your order to you as soon as we can.
TIP
Curbside Pick-Up is also available, which means your order can be delivered to you while you wait in your vehicle in the parking lot.
Checkout as a guest, sign in if you already have an account, or create a new account for faster checkout next time. Review your products and place your order.
Important
If you selected Pick Up In Store for any products, you will receive an email that we received your order, but wait for a second email that says your order is ready to pick up before heading to your selected store.

Yes, we are now offering contactless Curbside Pick-Up. When placing an order online, select “Pick Up In Store” at checkout. Once your order is ready for pick up, you will be notified via email. Please wait for your “ready for pick-up” email before proceeding to store.

Our teams are working to ensure the website is up-to-date with the most recent information regarding product availability and shipment times. Orders usually ship within 72 hours. If items are backordered or we are unable to ship for any reason, we will be in touch. Visit the Order Status page and enter your order number for more details.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This may take up to 15 minutes. Please ensure that you check all folders in your inbox as the email can sometimes be sent to the junk or spam folders. If you need assistance with your online order, please contact Customer Support.

Yes. You can cancel your order online until one item has been processed. Visit the Order Status page and enter your order number for more details and a link to cancel. If at least one item has been processed, there will be a message that explains you can no longer cancel.
At this time, you can't cancel individual products through online cancellation. You can only cancel the entire order or all products in a single delivery/pick-up method.
If you made a donation to The Home Depot Canada Foundation, the donation will not be refunded if you cancel or return your order.

You can return items purchased in-store or online at any Canadian Home Depot store, or you can arrange to have your online order picked up by contacting Customer Support.

Yes, Canadian Home Depot eGift cards and physical gift cards with a PIN can be used towards online purchases on Homedepot.ca.

Price Match for Retail Stores:
If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock product from a local retailer’s store or website, we will match the price and beat it by 10%. Prices for online products will be matched to localized online prices if available.
Price Match for Online-Only Stores:
If you find a current lower price on an identical, in-stock product from a Canadian online-only retailer’s website, we will price match only. Products from online-only retailers are not eligible for the 10% discount. Prices will be matched to localized online prices if available.
Steps to Price Match:
1. Ensure the identical product is in-stock at the competitor. If it’s an online product, it must be available to ship to your location.
2. Call our toll-free number at 1-800-628-0525, text us at 84322 or message us on our website to provide the following details:
- Brand name
- Model number
- Link to product on homedepot.ca and details of competitor’s pricing via flyer, printout, photo or complete web address to the product.
3. We will confirm if the product qualifies for our Price Match Guarantee. Our policy only applies to the price of a product, excluding shipping.
